UCSF wants to hear about your experience with PrEP during the pandemic. Follow these simple steps to participate, and help us improve PrEP services for youth ages 18-29!

1. Text 415-471-6649 to get screened for eligibility. You must be:

• Aged 18-29
• Have used PrEP since April 2020
• Have access to a phone or computer

2. Complete a quick online survey on your phone and receive a $30 Gift Card
